Jinesh Kakaria is a computer science engineer from MIT College, Pune. He started his career by acquiring software projects from major European countries. Careerfutura, a leading edu portal, is one of the many initiatives, apart from the hugely popular way2k.com, in the 4 years of entrepreneurial stint in the IT education domain. At a very young age he was also spotlighted by Times Group for initiating innovative ideas for educational transformation. Jinesh believes in radical innovation and wants his team to think fresh. His conviction in originality is unquestionable. He is a member of NEN, TIE Global, Pune Startups and Saturday Startups. He is the founder and the chief strategist of Careerfutura and careerfutura.com, and also holds Directorship of Vapi Public International School.
Girija Nair, is a Physics & Electronics Instrumentation graduate from Mumbai University, a Six Sigma professional, a Diploma holder in Business Management from ICFAI and a Masters in Computer Science. She comes with a huge and varied Top Management experience profile with 25 plus years with corporate brands. An accomplished Strategic Business Unit Head and operations expert, she has worked with brands like Reliance Energy, Philips, Reliance Infocom, Cadilla, Max Touch(now Vodafone), Serco India(now Intelinet), Spice group to name a few. She is an International Strategy & Technology Expert with GLG, Austin, Global consultant with Merger Alpha, Singapore and Global Advisor with Global Guide Point, New York. Her most recent assignment with Naaptol.com in the founding capacity of the Naaptol Sales Partner program, the retail arm of naaptol.com and having served as the Senior Vice President, has completed the basket of products she has handled like telecom, IT, ITES and now e commerce. She now leads careerfutura.com
Divyesh Patel is an engineering graduate from D.Y. Patil College, Pune. His association with careerfutura.com dates back to the inception of Careerfutura. Having walked the arduous road of founding along with Jinesh Kakaria, he is an active contributor for way2k.com and careerfutura. He has in depth knowledge about education space, e-learning and portals. Being tech savvy, he holds 4 years of technology expertise and easily understands the demands and wants of end customers with respect to technology advancement. Divyesh heads the tech team.
Vinay Pandya is an experienced CFO and Strategist with scaling up experience at global level. A chartered Accountant by profession, he is a prime strategy and finance Advisor at careerfutura.com. Out of the 20 years plus experience he has served more than 15 years at leadership positions. He has a treasure of experienced in scaling up business of varied sectors. He has worked with a number of large groups such as Ashok Piramal Group, Peninsula Land Limited, Bilakhia Holdings Pvt. Ltd and many more to count. Currently is a Director - Strategy and M&A at Salabis Specialities Pvt Ltd.
Mr. Khot, is an IIT Bombay Alumni and a Serial Entrepreneur. He is a director and advisor at careerfutura.com. Consulting for organizations like kpoint, a GS Lab initiative, Ecoreco, he is an active member of a global leadership initiative, SLP. He excels in conceptualization, creating blue ocean strategies and products. Mr. Khot is a founder of August Solutions.
